30-Day Returns
If your dog (or you) is not happy with a Pethoven product, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No “why” required.
How to start a return
Email hello@pethoven.com with your order number and we will send a prepaid return label.
What we accept
- Bottles that are empty, used, or unopened — all returnable within 30 days.
- Original packaging is helpful but not required.
Refund timing
Once we receive your return, your refund posts to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
Damaged in transit?
If your order arrives damaged, email hello@pethoven.com within 7 days with a photo. We will replace it free.
